Pastor’s Pen  At this point in our walk as a Glenstone family, we are gathering information. Our society has become one that lives off of surveys and opinion polls. While there is wisdom in counsel from advisors (Proverbs 1:5, 15:22), we must seek the Word and trust the Lord to guide our steps (Psalm 44:18, 119:133). There is a danger in being people pleasers instead of seeking to please the LORS. We are not attempting to go wherever the wind blows, but our desire is to go with the LORD – wherever He is moving. Moses teaches the importance of having the LORD lead us and only going where He leads (Exodus 33:15-16). As we go where the LORD leads, we want to go as a unified body of believers. As we gather information and evaluate current ways of doing things, we want to be good stewards of both our financial resources and our time resources. Please give us your “prayerful” feedback to the various surveys that you will see the next few weeks and months in the Sunday bulletin. As we pray our way through the journey God has placed us on, we will be the unified body the LORD wants us to be. Currently we are gathering information about out weekly newsletter.
